The higher timeframe answers WHERE and which way. Run the same four-point read every time, top-down, before you ever drop down to look for an entry.
Only AFTER the higher-timeframe read, and only once price has actually reached your zone, do you drop down. The lower timeframe answers WHEN. Do nothing until all of these are true.
A zone to trust ✅
A zone to skip ❌
Why "strong departure" matters
The more violent and one-sided the move AWAY from a zone, the more unfilled orders were left resting in it. That is why the first return to a fresh zone, born of a big impulse, is the highest-probability trade — and why a tired, over-tested zone is not.
