Price pushes to a swing high, then pulls back. A naive structure trader marks that pullback low as a clean higher low and buys the break of the high. But in SMC that recent pullback has a name: the INDUCEMENT, the IDM. It is not support, it is a pool of liquidity, the stops of everyone who bought too early sit right below it.
